My Story

Witches, ghosts, and reapers?

SAY NO MORE.

I’m Ashlee McNicol, and I write dark, snarky stories about the supernatural that readers say “keep you on the edge of your seat.” I grew up in a sleepy little town in the Pacific Northwest, where it seemed like nothing bad ever happened. Between the cloudy weather and endless natu14063970_632575720235916_7586803131182143825_nre to explore at all times of the day and night, I always felt there was more to this world.

Taking the road less traveled, my characters find themselves trapped in dreams, battling themselves, and locked in paranormal worlds that won’t let them leave without dark duties being fulfilled.

When I’m not writing, I’m working (sleeping included – hey, dreams count for authors!) or probably binge-watching my favorite TV show. The Vampires Diaries, Supernatural, and Lucifer are my top three. (Don’t judge.)

As always, I have several works-in-progress, but I’m currently focused on a young adult paranormal titled SEE NO EVIL. If you want to hear me ramble more often or be the first to know about my new releases, please sign up for my newsletter.
